1. Introduction

Welcome to Finding the Mythical Creatures in the Rijksmuseum! These terms and conditions outline the rules for using our website and participating in our art-based museum tours. By booking or accessing this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using the site or joining the tour.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including graphics, text, logos, illustrations, and downloadable materials, is the property of the tour creator (Daniel) unless otherwise credited.
You may not:

• Reproduce or republish any material without permission

• Resell or commercially distribute any part of the tour content

• Share downloadable materials without credit

 

3. Tour Participation

• Our tours are designed for kids aged 8 and up.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult, unless you give permission to leave the kid with me. still an adult must be near the area of the Rijksmuseum

• Maximum group size per session is 6 children.

• The tour includes art activities inside the Rijksmuseum and may involve short walking periods between artworks.

4. Booking & Payment

• Tour bookings must be made in advance via our website or authorized partners.

• Payments are processed securely via Mollie.

 

5. Museum Tickets

Please note: museum entry is not included in the tour price.
Families must book Rijksmuseum entry tickets separately. Children under 18 enter free, but a free timed-entry ticket still needs to be reserved. Tap this link to do so

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

• If the museum closes unexpectedly or there is extreme weather, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

 

7. Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy.
We collect basic information (name, email, child’s age) to manage bookings and provide updates.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
If you’d like your information removed or updated, please contact us at the email below.

 

8. Photos and Media

Photos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes (e.g. website, Instagram).
We always ask for your permission first. You can opt out at any time.

 

9. Liability

We do our best to create a safe and inspiring environment, but participation in the tour is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost during the tour or for injuries caused by misuse of art materials.

 

10. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Please check this page before booking to stay informed.
