Do I need to buy tickets for the Rijksmuseum separately?Yes. Museum entry tickets are not included in the tour price. Children under 18 enter for free, but you still need to reserve a free timed-entry ticket for them on the Rijksmuseum website. Click here

What will we do (and draw) during the magical tour?We’ll explore 5 enchanted artworks in the Rijksmuseum featuring mythical creatures like unicorns, dragons, and more! At each stop, we’ll pause to draw, create, and dive into the stories behind the art using different materials and techniques.

Does a parent have to stay during the tour?Yes. At least one adult must stay in the museum, but you don’t have to follow the group if your child is over 8 and comfortable. You’re welcome to explore the museum or enjoy a coffee nearby while we create! ☕️

What happens if we’re late or can’t come?You can arrive at the tour 15 minutes before the start time. Sometimes there’s a short line at the entrance. I’ll be waiting for you in the reception area. We always begin with a short welcome and conversation before we start the tour. If you need to reschedule, feel free to contact me directly at +31 06 15310449. You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Does my child need to know how to draw?Not at all! The tour is designed for kids with any level of drawing experience – they don’t need to be advanced artists. However, they should enjoy drawing or feel connected to magical creatures and stories. We focus on creativity and imagination, and guide them step-by-step through a fun, inspiring art experience.

What age is the tour suitable for?The tour is perfect for kids aged 8 and up. It’s creative, curious, and interactive – designed especially for this age group. but teens who love art and fantasy will enjoy the magical adventure just as much!

How many children can join each tour?Each group is limited to 6 kids max, so everyone gets personal attention and space to draw, imagine, and explore.
